Unsere Hauseigene Baklava Manufaktur produziert täglich frische Baklava und andere Süßspeisen nach originalem Rezept mit Antep Pistazien oder Walnuss. Auf Wunsch fertigen wir auch Kokosnuss und Schoko Baklava für Sie.
Nachspeisen
Hauseigene Desserts und Nachspeisen stellen wir ebenfalls her. Unsere Produkte enthalten weder Alkohol, noch Gelatine tierischen Ursprungs und sind Halal zertifiziert.
Warmes Essen
Für Ihre Kunden oder Ihre Mitarbeiter kochen wir warme Speisen aus der Türkischen Küche wie z.B. Patlican Mousakka (Auberginen gefüllt mit Hackfleisch) oder Tavuk Sote (Hähnchenpfanne) mit Beilagen nach Wunsch (Reis, Bulgur, Salat, etc.)
